FAQs

  • When will we get an indication of the menu for the evening? Are we then able to make some changes or “requests”, if necessary?

    You will get your a menu couple of weeks prior to your event, if you have any dislikes or allergies you would like us to avoid then please do make us aware. We can cater for all dietary requirements.

  • How do the timings work?

    We can work around your plans in most cases, its your event and we want you to enjoy it at your own pace.

  • Do we need to arrange waiting staff for serving dinner and/or canapes?

    All staff are included in the price of the menu. If you would like additional staff to serve your own drinks we can also supply this.

  • We have some champagne, white wine and red wine. However, we would welcome some input from Matt and Oli.

    Once your menu is confirmed we can discuss your wine.

  • Do Matt and Oli require anything specific in our kitchen?

    We will require a video of your kitchen. The kitchen needs to be clean, and clear from mess. We will clean the kitchen after us and take our rubbish. We will require a shelf in the fridge and some space in the freezer.

  • Do you provide everything?

    We provide plates and cutlery for all dishes up to 12 guests, after this number a hire cost will incur.

    What do I need to have ready?

    Glassware, napkins, tablecloths.

  • We do offer a table layout, with placemats, napkin, napkin holder, handmade ceramic candle holders, handmade vases & foliage.
